Biography

Ilkay grew up on the west coast, being raised with her family as part of a trade convoy. She grew up with her parents and sister, and life was a fairly good one. Work was hard but satisfying, and Ilkay was quite comfortable in her place in life. The travel ensured new faces every day, and new experiences.

One day, some of those new faces weren't as welcome as others had been. Ilkay and her sister were both snatched off of the convoy, spirited away with a band of raiders and taken as slaves. For three months they struggled to endure what their new masters expected of them. For three months they had each other, waiting for rescue to come. When their convoy members arrived to save them and bring them home, the assault wasn't entirely successful. Ilkay's sister was saved and brought home, but the raiders - decimated but not defeated - escaped with Ilkay still in their clutches.

She lost track of the time she had to survive on her own in that camp. It wasn't pleasant, and left the vixen with more than a few piercings. Strangely, she still wears every single one of these piercings to this day; perhaps deciding the marks of a slave make her easier to overlook. She does, it seems, play up being a slave when it suits her purposes. After many months in captivity, she saw her chance to escape and took it. She fled and - having no idea where the convoy she grew up in was now - settled down in the port city of San Pedro.

There is where the vixen lurks to this day, prowling the slums and red light districts. She makes her living selling herself - her body or her expertise - and picking pockets clean whenever the chance presents itself. Among the underbelly of San Pedro, Ilkay is known as a somewhat rather little thief; if you need something stolen, and you need it done quietly? She's your girl.
